Triggers (and nothing else) are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Triggers.plist
With Quicksilver not running (re)move that file and restart Qs.

In addition to clicking "Uninstall Quicksilver" from Preferences | Application, I would try "Reset Preferences" there, too.

I've been using quicksilver for several years now. I recently upgraded
my system and installed the latest release of Quicksilver. I am
running Leopard 10.5.2. The first day that I had installed it
everything ran perfectly. When i came in and booted up the second day
I wanted to setup my triggers but i can not select triggers in the
preferences. When i do I just get a waiting rotation graphic and
nothing happens. I can select any of the other setup preferences. I
then thought that I would just reInstall Quicksilver. But no luck.
Same thing. Then I thought maybe to try an older version. But the OS
sees that Quicksilver has been installed and doesnt let me reinstall
it. Are there any other files that i need to grab to make a complete
unInstallation of the software before i reinstall it?

thanks for any help
