Not through QS that I know of, but you could try a straight file sync. Most of the files are in ~/Library/Application Support/ Quicksilver, plus ~/Library/Preferences/ com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist. There may be others--anyone know?
In doing the sync, you'd want to exclude the Caches and probably Shelves folders in the App Support folder. You'll also want to make sure whatever app you use is set to warn you if both copies of a file have changed. I recommend Synk Standard (decimus.net), which costs $35 but is does everything you'll need plus bootable backups, if you need them (and it can do them very fast--it uses Spotlight to do its scanning, sort of, and so an entire incremental backup run can be over in 10 seconds. I have mine set to back up every hour to a FW400 drive and it rarely takes more than a minute including mounting and unmounting the disk).
