I had the same problem. There's another discussion on this group about this problem:
http://groups.google.com/group/blacktree-quicksilver/browse_thread/thread/3383d09fe21513a3# The solution, according to Howard Melman, is the following: Triggers (and nothing else) are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Triggers.plist With Quicksilver not running (re)move that file and restart Qs.
