I had the same problem. There's another discussion on this group about

The solution, according to Howard Melman, is the following:

Triggers (and nothing else) are stored in ~/Library/Application
Support/Quicksilver/Triggers.plist With Quicksilver not running
(re)move that file and restart Qs.

This worked for me. Hope it will for you too.
