Which version should be used?

I am a bit confused as to which version of quicksilver should be used
currently. I downloaded β54 (3815) from Blacktree, but some of the
comments in this group indicate that there may be a more recent
version (B55?). I use Leopard and always keep it updated (currently is
10.5.2). What is the version of Quicksilver that a newbie like me
should be using?
