I just tried this one on my own Transmit favorites and it seemed to work as expected (Transmit connected).
Perhaps you should try to uninstall then reinstall the Transmit plugin for Quicksilver. Probably restart between each step. Just guessing here though. I seem to remember it didn't work for me either for a while so maybe this has been fixed in some other update.
