Specifics really do help us diagnose problems. Install is just dragging the .app to your filesystem. On first run, QS creates:

~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/ (and various things inside)
~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist
~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver/

If you are having trouble installing plug-ins check that the owner of ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/ is the current user and not System. If it’s not, change it and restart Quicksilver.

If you're on Tiger or Leopard be sure you're using the latest B54 (3815) version.

My initial install of QS worked fine, but I had to take it out for
other reasons. Now, after re-install, the Trigger pane will not load.

I can't remove the Triggers.plist file from Application Support
because the install doesn't even create that folder to begin with. I
tried creating "Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/
Triggers.plist" but that didn't have any effect.

I've run Disk Utility to fix permissions problems. I've made sure I
have read/write access to the above created folders/files.

Please help. Thanks.
