It's probably that QS doesn't like remembering the command object (the
control-enter trick). I never understood this tip (and commented on
it). I have a trigger with text the first pane (it happens to be the
url to the manual) and the Paste action (type Type Text action would
work just as well) and I use it all the time and it works just fine.
His explanation of jumbled text from using the option key or getting
an extra return never made sense to me. Until I hear a clearer
explanation this is still what I'll recommend.
There are other ways too. I have some text that I don't use often
enough to take up a whole key so I store it in on the shelf and have a
Shelf (Show Content) trigger that makes it easy to get to these text
items and then while still in the first pane use the quicksilver trick
of shift-command-P to perform the Paste action (this works for me
because Paste is the highest priority action that begins with P).
You can use the command object with the Save Command to File... action
and then use that file with the Open action (or maybe it's the Run
action, I don't remember) . That might work as a trigger that gets
remembered but you have this extra command file lying around.
Find some more info on these techniques in the manual. (and here I
have an opportunity to use my trigger :).

And guess what - IT WORKS GREAT! Instead of typing my damn email a
zillion times a day in various forms, I just press my assigned hotkey.
Only things is, the TRIGGER is lost on restart. All my other triggers
are still there; but this one is gone! Instead there is an empty form-
field, where the trigger used to be - but no content.
As far as I can figure out, it seems to be an issue with the multi-
action-thing...
Anyone with a solution on this? Or the same problem? Or ANY
suggestion!?
