Not that I know of. Other than to have your .pages documents at a level in the folder hierarchy that QS won't scan beneath.
Also, this is unrelated to the above but is also a problem I had been having. Whenever I had Pages and Quicksilver running at the same time my computer would start behaving very strangely and slowly. I'll test it out again but I wonder if anybody had ever experienced this.
I use both and haven't had this problem. Howard
