Nope.  Quick Look always shows you whatever the current Finder
selection is.  If the window is closed, the selection changes and thus
the object revealed in Quick Look changes.

The script is in the thread "A collection of Applescripts and actions
for Quicksilver" which is pinned at the top of the discussion list.
It actually includes two versions: one that uses Finder and one that
uses qlmanage.  The advantage of the Finder method is that it provides
full Quick Look functionality.  The advantage of the qlmanage method
is that it doesn't require a Finder window, but this comes at the cost
of some reduced functionality.
