Hello, I had the same problem.  I don't know what caused it, but I do
know how I fixed it.  In your "Application Support" folder, find the
Quicksilver folder and there should be a file called
"triggers.plist."  (It may be hidden, you can google to find out how
to view hidden files and folders.)  That plist file is probably
corrupted.  If you're careful and have time on your hands, you may be
able to fix it, but I just deleted and reinstalled.  Hope that helps!
