I suspect it's a proxy object issue on Leopard. Here's an easier way to do timed reminders that might work.
1. activate Quicksilver (control-space)
2. type . and enter the text of your reminder
3. tab to the 2nd pane and select large text
4. instead of return, type control-return, a new command window appears with the command Object t for the text in large type in the first pane
5. in the 2nd pane select Run after Delay... or Run at Time...
6. in the 3rd pane enter the delay or time, hit return

I'm trying to use the common "timed reminder" trick. I press control-
space to launch QuickSilver, I type a period to get into text mode, I
type "some text", hit enter, it displays in large text. So far, so
good.

Then I press control-space to get QuickSilver again, type "last" to
see the Last Command or Last Object proxy, press right-arrow and..
nothing. Not even the little "wiggle" that would normally indicate an
invalid key. There is a ">" arrow next to both Last Command and Last
Object, but clicking it with the mouse does nothing, either.

Right-arrow, in general, seems to work; another top hit for "last" is
the /Developers/Examples/AppKit/BlastApp, and pressing right-arrow on
that choice shows me the items in that folder.

/var/log/system.log shows the following:

Aug 17 12:07:08 macpro Quicksilver[267]: *** -[NSCFArray
objectAtIndex:]: index (0) beyond bounds (0)

This happens with both 3814 (I'm not sure which one!) and b56a3 (3821).
