Try dragging around the main command window. In theory the results list is tied to it, so moving it may cause the position of the results list to update itself to the proper place.
If that doesn't work, temporarily switch the command interface to another option, invoke QS and bring up the results list once (just for good measure), and then switch back to your preferred command interface.
