Yes. It should be in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/ Triggers.plist. I actually wouldn't delete it outright. I'd just move it to your desktop, because Quicksilver can't see it there, then you can open it up in TextEdit or OmniOutliner and see all of your triggers in a (albeit confusing) list and manually re-create them in Quicksilver. At least that's what I did since I couldn't remember all the triggers I had in the first place, seeing them listed out like that helped me get up and running quicker.
