The latest stable build is at blacktree.com. On the download link, it says "B53", but when you download it, it's actually B54. You might want to also try moving the entire "Quicksilver" folder from the Application Support folder to your desktop and restart QS, just to see if that fixes anything. If it does, you can add files back one at a time to figure out what's messing you up. You probably want to have a fresh start anyway, even if you upgrade to B54.
