Discipline

On an episode of some TWiT show (hint: one with Leo on it) Alcore, if
I'm spelling your alias right, talked about an application he had
written called Discipline, which basically kept you on task. I haven't
been able to find it online, but it's possible I didn't look hard
enough. I would really like to try this app out-does anyone know where
