Did it stop on the Terminal plugin? Someone reported a problem with downloading that one recently.
General rule, don't install of them, only install the plugins you're going to use.

It was responsive and I could cancel the install and all the selected plugins seem to have been installed. I quit it and reopen it and it seems to be normal. I just thought I'd let the forum know.
