Works fine for me :)
I have a trigger set up to killall Dock, but it clashes with a
TextMate shortcut so I've disabled it in that and it works fine.
Try re-adding the app a couple of times and then restarting QS.
Sometimes it deleted it for me, but it finally seems to have stuck
now.
