Unable to setup new Triggers

Hi, i have been using QS for quite a while, I had set some custom
triggers which i use often and it works perfectly.
however , now i want to add a few more triggers but when ever i go to
the triggers tab. " the top/title just says "Act on hot keys and other
triggers""  and you see it loading.. and it forever loads. and remains
in the previous tab you were in.
how could i solve this problem? i reset QS but the problem still
exists.
