Check in Console.app if there's a message stating "NotificationHub
failed to load". IIRC the Notification Hub Module available from the
web isn't Universal, and doesn't work on PPC machines. I can provide
an Universal build from the repository if that's the case, it's one of
the plugins I have access to.
