Triggers are undoubtedly invaluable but here are some annoyances.

I read this:
http://www.43folders.com/2006/02/13/quicksilver-triggers
What drives me insane about Triggers is that you can’t create them from the main Quicksilver pane (to my knowledge). You have to open the preferences window. Also, once you set the action of the trigger, then you have to click (GASP, with a mouse) on a little icon to set the hotkey. Does anyone else think it’s crazy that an application that can do Everything (including interfacing with a AJAX website like Backpack) from its paned interface, can’t add triggers from there. It seems so clunky and so 2003 ;) — to go into a window and
create triggers. ...

I fully agree.

I brought up Safari in first pane and "add trigger" in second pane.
Nothing happens except that the trigger window opens up. It is only after clicking the annoying "plus" sign with a mouse that the trigger is added. Not only that, if you do not click the "plus" sign and add more triggers (just to recheck) nothing happens like before. But when you click the plus sign all the triggers appear at once with a "None" hotkey.

Triggers >> iTunes shows a long list of triggers of which i hardly use two.
clicking on " - " does not remove them.
Also, I cannot add itunes with Growl notifications plugins in that category...i have to add them in "Custom" category.
I cannot add a new category like the "iTunes" category

This one i hate most:

i cannot drag my Triggers so that i can arrange them.
I cannot even drag them into a group.
