You really ought to have that folder, since QS can't run without it. The ~ symbol at the start of the path that Howard gave is the standard Unix shorthand for your home folder. So if your username on your computer is Rubeena, then ~ will stand for /Users/Rubeena. Double check for the Quicksilver folder inside the Application Support folder of your user Library folder.
