below to understand the problem in detail because problem does not
seem to be with QS, you also have it with Butler.

also what about this: Quicksilver/Butler use a script to launch which
calls the firefox binary instead of calling the application. I would
send them an email or bug report. Directly calling the binary is not
the way to do it.
