Go to the triggers section of QS's preferences and click the plus button to add a new trigger. When the dialog opens to enter the new trigger, press the period key in the first pane to enter text mode and type www.facebook.com. Make sure the second pane has the action Open URL, and save the trigger. Assign a shortcut to your trigger as described in Howard Melman's user manual (available in the Files section of this group).
