It's either you need to convert to ID3 tags or you've used the iTunes 7 feature to download the artwork which doesn't actually embed it in the file so Quicksilver can't see it. See the iTunes section of the manual, page 70 of version 0.14. Note I've usually put troubleshooting stuff at the end of the relevant sections.
