Great news. Is this Quicksilver II in some form I wonder? Looking at
the source tree of the "new" old QS things look rather different than
the source of QSB, but there is a thing called Vermillion that seems
to be the plugin (or data source plugin) system.

QS is still vastly more powerful and useful, and the interface is more
elegant. But there is great potential for QSB, and for example, the
integration of google stuff is much nicer in it than QS. If QSB got a
more powerful modular plugin system, it would rock even more, but
congrats to Alcor and the others devs.

I'd love to see a message from Alcor letting us know what his position
on QS and QSB is.
