iGTD Plugin

I see references to an iGTD plugin for Quicksilver.  However, I don't
see it listed in the Quicksilver Plugin selector and I don't see it in
this discussion gtoup.  Can someone tell me
1.  Is it real
2. if it is real, how do I get it?
