Now that is funny, because recently I had already installed and used
the same version of Quicksilver and everything worked fine (at least
for the Trigger page) I uninstalled and reinstalled quicksilver
multiple times, but still unable to see the trigger page.
The other issue that I'm having is that I was never able (even more so
now that I cannot access my trigger page) to create an hot key for the
shelf. All the modules are enabled, I believe.
QS version is the current one and I am running 10.5.6 OSX.

Don't enable all the plugins, just the ones you actually use. Some are
unstable.
Triggers sometimes get corrupted. Disabling some plugins should help
but it's not really clear what exactly the issue is. If the Triggers
prefs don't appear, quit QS, (re)move ~/Library/Application Support/
Quicksilver/Triggers.plist and restart QS. You'll lose defined
triggers but should be able to recreate them. See the "Triggers don't
save" FAQ item for more details.
Saying "QS version is the current one" doesn't really make it clear
which one you're using and doesn't help people in the future who might
search this forum for help. I recommend B54 (3815). There are later
versions like B56 that fix some things and break other things and I've
avoided them.
