did you delete~/library/applications support/quicksilver even this
time before installing it?
If not, try to do it. You said your computer crashed, have u installed
the OS in other partition than before(asking this to make sure you
are deleting the relevant quicksilver folder in ~/library/applications
support/ and not the one on the partition with the crashed OS.
