You can use the use the comma trick to bring up two apps in the first pane and use the open action to start them both.

You might be able to create a trigger of this so that with one keystroke you can launch them both, but it might be that a trigger using the comma trick is "flakey".

I don't know how to assign an alias name like "webdesign" to this combination.
