Thanks, it works. I have never used it before and i about to find
out if i m going to use it. What i have just noticed is that after i
get the results and then i type Cmd+X to clear the results and begin
a new search, QS still keeps searching the results. It is only when
i hide QS (by pressing the key with which i activate it) and bring
it back that i am able to continue normal search.
I use esc to clear things to start a new search. I only use cmd-x to
clear a pane when defining a trigger that needs a blank third pane.
(I used the "show results for search" action)
Secondly, the above was for twitter.com. For google, none of the
search results actually show up. Only items like "Maps", "Video",
"Images" etc i.e. everything except the search results show up.
The show results in a results list functionality works by reading the
returned HTML page and listing every link found. As such, it starts
with the links at the top of the google page for other google
services. It's not the most useful in this case but it applies to all
sites. I suspect, google search box will do this much better for
google searches, I'm not sure about for other sites.
