I am unable to append text to any text file, either starting with the
text or starting with the file in the first pane. Append text... comes
up, but the third pane will not.
I just discovered that if I hit "." and type or past in, the text goes
into the second pane and sometimes into the file, but sometimes it
hangs.
I am using beta 56 ( 3823). I have advanced features enabled and the
text manipulation plug-in installed and activated. I am definitely
trying to dictate into
