Wow, that is weird. Normally, I'd tell you how to remove plugins using QS's preferences, but if your screen is turning black that won't be possible. Instead, go to ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver and remove the PlugIns folder and PlugIns.plist file (~ is UNIX shorthand for your home folder).
