>From what I can tell, the Move to... action remembers what the last folder was that you moved something to, and tries to give you that folder as the default option the next time. My guess is that if the previous target folder no longer exists, QS takes a while looking for it and then deciding what to do next. As a test, try moving something using the Move to... action to your Documents folder, and then see if the action responds more quickly next time.
