Here is another interesting thing. My triggers call AppleScripts. 10 of them call an apple script that tells Safari to switch to a tab and one script tells screensaver app to activate (lock screen). Only the safari ones get unchecked.
Maybe something is still up with the scope function? On the other hand, trying what JoshFree said, basically, checking them and just clicking on desktop unchecks them. But only the safari ones. So I set and experiment. I changed the scope to be all applications. That 'fixed' it. But that is obviously not good. I want that trigger to only be activated in safari so it does not break these shortcuts in other apps.
