I'm having the same problem. Proxy objects don't seem to do anything.
In the old version I created a trigger that grabbed a selected file or
files with a single hotkey (without invoking Quicksllver first), which
I could them move to another location. I don't even get "Move" as an
option in Pane 2 when the "Current selection" proxy is in Pane 1.
