Fn + Up, Down, Left and Right are seen by applications as Page-up, Page-down, Home and End; some other Fn + key combinations exist to make Delete behave as Forward-delete and Return as Enter, and it switches the special key behavior of the F# keys, but Fn is ignored for other keys. A low level API might be able to distinguish these cases, but Quicksilver can't do it.
