I stupidly added a far-too-large item containing 1000's of files to QS's catalogue (getting frustrated at Leopard's inability to search my Library without clunky workarounds) - whereupon QS predictably slowed right down. I removed the offending item from the catalogue but after restarting QS it hasn't returned to it's previous speed. Should I delete the catalog.plist or something? I've tried re-scanning.
(B54 on Leopard).
