I got triggers working under SL with β56a7 (3825)
I just removed all my prefs and plugins and began to setup QS from
scratch...
that seemed to have done the trick.

Try to deactivate and activate the trigger. Works for me, though i
have another problem: qs will not save the triggers after restarting
qs :(
