This is just a stab in the dark: I've had similiar issues in the past with the "command window with selection" trigger. The problem was usually that somehow my catalog settings had changed so that in QS's preferences, the Catalog tab (at the top), the QS category (at left), something had become unchecked.
Your trigger requires that both "Proxy Objects" and "Internal Commands" is checked in the catalog. If its not, QS does not make itself aware of objects that are selected in the finder. As always with these betas it seems like during installation your prefrences and settings can get screwed up. Often at least a temporary clean install of QS (move the folder Quicksilver in your Home/Library/ Application Support, and com.blacktree.quicksilver in your Home/ library/preferences somewhere else and restart QS) to see if your desired function works. Then manually recreate your old settings. If my first suggestion doesn't work, try this. good luck On Sep 18, 3:46 am, Marco <[email protected]> wrote: > help > > On Sep 14, 12:51 pm, andreb <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > Please find the thread > > here:http://groups.google.com/group/blacktree-quicksilver/browse_thread/th... > > > I am not saying that this will fix your issue definately Im just > > saying it may be related and you can try and see if that fixes your > > issue. > > > Here is a quick copy + paste from the thread linked above if for > > whatever reason you cannot read the post contained within in: > > > ---------------- C+P Start ---------------------- > > > Seems what did the trick in getting QS' services to register was to > > delete all Quicksilver.app bundles which also have an Info.plist > > inside them that specifies the same service.
