Instructions are included in the zip file. You may have to log out and log in before you can see it in the Services Menu. To assign a shortcut, go to System Preferences>>Keyboard & Mouse click on "+" Application: All Applications Menu Name: Command Window with Selection Shortcut: <whatever you like> Remember, it will work in Cocoa apps only just like Quicksilver's Command Window with Selection.
