Just start reinstalling them one at a time, and test before installing more. If QS stops working at some point, remove the most recently installed plugin from ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/ Plugins, trash ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Plugin.plist, and move on to the next plugin.
