I also have that problem as well with some of the triggers.

I noticed it was repeating the trigger because I just wrote a script
that displayed a dialog box. If I triggered it I would get an infinite
spamming of dialog boxes on my screen until I quit QuickSilver.

You have any luck with figuring this out?
