You're right, Play is no longer the default for me either when I
upgraded to version b56a7.  My workaround is to go into Quicksilver
preferences, click the Actions tab on the left pane, look at All
Actions and find the iTunes Play actions.  If you change their ranks
to higher number than "Show Contents Menu", then they will take
priority in the list.  I moved all my iTunes actions to rank 1 though
4. (i.e. set Play to rank 1, set Play Next in Party Shuffle to rank 2,
etc)

I think it's a bug in the latest version, because I shouldn't have had
to change the ranks.  Seems a brute force solution, but it works.
