I tried to do it as you desribe:

open terminal

cd /Applications/Quicksilver.app

mkdir contents/resources/dk.lproj

touch contents/resources/dk.lproj/localizable.strings

restart QS.

But it does not seem to work. I can see the folder "dk.lproj" and the
"Localizable.strings" inside of it but it is empty.
by the way i am a danish user, which explains the "dk"
