I've fixed this now, you can download the module here:

Here's a quick list of what I've done:

1. Updated the paths to ~/Library/Calendars
2. Other re-jigs to get it to work with iCal 3.0
3. Icons for calendars now come from events in that calendar (unless
there aren't any, in which case it defaults to the .plist file -
boring I know!)
4. 10.5+ only
5. Version bump to 1.0.2 (which is 10.5+ ONLY!) and updated plugin
info to reflect this

I'll push this to Etienne so hopefully he can stick it in the Github
repository, and once / if we get a new update system in place we'll be
able to push it out to the world.
