The clipboard is probably my favorite feature in QS. It's simpler and
more effective than any of the stand-alone clipboard managers out
there in mho. Without all the frills. Under SL, I've had it crash one
time.... meaning... nothing got copied to the clipboard module. I had
to trash the prefs and start over, but it was worth it. BTW, if you
drag the clipboard (or shelf) window to a screen edge, it will  work
like a drawer (even to the top of the screen). Otherwise you can
simply set a trigger for it.
