First of all, download Howard's manual that you can find under the 'files'
section of this group.
See pages 40 and also page 64 would be useful - toggle application module

Secondly, try restarting QS.
I just made a trigger for open -> firefox and it didn't work until I
restarted QS. There seems to be a problem with things sticking atm.

QS has a steep learning curve, but stick with Howard's manual, it's got
everything you need. I'm still learning new things from it after almost 3
years of QS :)
