I had a similar problem when “starting from scratch”. I just moved the “Search 
for…” and “Find with…” actions up higher than “Open URL”.

Of course, a trigger should use the action to gave it, not the default, so I 
can’t explain that one. It’s possible that adjusting the precedence will help 
that too.
