New to QS - running B57 in 10.6.2 I'm attempting to create keyboard shortcut triggers to open applications. Example Control-Option-Command-W to open Word.
I go to Custom Triggers, Click on "+" and Hotkey, add Word to the Search Box and Open to the Action Box and Save. For the trigger, I add Control-Option-Command-W and enable in all applications. When I try to use the trigger from the Finder, nothing happens. If I try it from any other application, I hear a low "gong" sound and nothing happens. What can I do to get this working?
