It's likely you've installed a plugin that's currently broken. Browse to ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/
and move the 'Plugins' folder to your desktop, then relaunch QS. If it works, then it's a dodgy plugin. Go through the plugins folder adding them one by one to see which one it is.
